Indigo Habel, the Portland, OR-based founder of Ensouled Creative, a brand messaging and copywriting studio.

I started Ensouled Creative in 2023 to help businesses bridge this gap.

Because I believe in supporting people who are challenging business-as-usual by creating something that’s genuinely needed. People who want to make a real difference, and are driven by more than profit alone.

  • Website copywriting, for getting copy that sounds like you, reads clearly, and connects with the people your work is for.

  • Creative Clarity Calls, for thought partnership on specific content challenges, ideas, or pieces of writing. This is where brainstorming meets content coaching.

Most clients benefit from an integrative, inside-out approach (Path 1 below), where we evolve your core brand messaging before creating copy that brings it to life.

PATH 1

Brand Evolution & Expression

Get comprehensive, inside-out support with your evolving brand’s core messaging and website copy. Includes:

  • Brand Statements, which clearly articulate your brand’s foundational messaging.

  • Three core pages of web-ready copy (Home, Service, About) with two rounds of collaborative revisions per page.

  • Three Creative Clarity Calls (50 minutes each) over the project timeline.

  • Async feedback and support between sessions

PATH 2

Custom Brand & Copy Support

Get help with specific parts of your brand’s messaging, website copy, or other content-related needs. This could include:

  • Brand messaging development. From $1000.

  • Website copywriting. Basic pages from $500. Most service pages start at $750, depending on complexity.

  • Creative Clarity Calls. $150 per 50-minute session.

Note: Many people start here, then move into a fuller engagement later. We can adjust as needed.

Ongoing Partnership

Get ongoing, month-to-month creative support to help you reach your mid- to long-term brand and content goals. Includes:

  • Two Creative Clarity Calls per month (50 minutes each)

  • High-level concept and storytelling feedback on up to 3 pieces of your content per month (newsletters, web updates, launch copy, etc.)

  • Async support between calls for quick questions

Timeline: Ongoing, month-to-month, after a 3-month minimum commitment

Investment: $1,500/month (3-month minimum)

    Then I'll draft your website copy in a way that reflects that messaging and helps you connect with the right people (and reach your business goals). We refine everything together through Creative Clarity Calls and revision rounds, making sure it sounds like you and works for your business.

  • Once the messaging and copy feel aligned, we finalize everything. You walk away with clarity, confidence, and language you can actually use. And if you need help implementing your copy on your website, I can connect you with a great web designer.

  • AI can generate copy quickly, but it can't excavate what's unique to you and your work in a way two people can through in-the-moment dialogue. AI is also particularly bad at challenging your thinking and simultaneously holding varied, complex perspectives through the creative process.

    If you want messaging that clearly expresses the complexities of your work and resonates with the people you're here to help, a tool like AI can only get you so far.

  • Copywriting involves crafting original, strategic messaging that engages readers, clarifies your work’s value, and reflects your brand's voice/vision.

    Content writing tends to be more informational (think blog posts or guides).

    Copyediting focuses on refining existing text for clarity, grammar, and flow.
